Sattva Meditation
“Sattva” is a Sanskrit word referring to a state of balance, harmony and lightness of being.
Spiritual Master Anand Mehrotra grew up and still lives in the Himalayas, as Founder of Sattva Yoga Academy. He has developed a highly effective daily Sattva Meditation practice using various technologies from Himalayan traditions, including breath work and kriya*, using mantra based meditation as its foundation.
*Kriya is the yoga of electricity, a holistic transformative practice anyone can use to clear, balance and energise mind and body.
Students are given their own personal mantra with which to effortlessly reach stillness and clarity. Each meditation offers profound rest and can help unwind accumulated stress. Over time this can help awaken your true nature and raise your consciousness to live a joyful, contented life full of possibility.
What is involved:
Students learn over 4 x 90 minute sessions either in person or online. Meditators will come away fully self sufficient, able to sit comfortably anywhere for 20 minutes, twice daily. Also included is ongoing support and connection to the Sattva community.
